[MacOS] OS 업데이트 후 home-brew 등 터미널 명령어 오류(xcrun error)

MacOS Mojave로 업데이트 후 homebrew나 git 등 터미널에서 명령어를 사용하면 에러가 난다

이 때는 Xcode command line tool을 설치 또는 업데이트 하면 된다.
